Day of Design Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking & Payment

    • Full payment is due within 48 hours of booking. If payment is not received, your slot will be released to another client.

    • Prices are $888 for one session, or $2,164 for a package of three.

  2. Session Length & Timing

    • A Day of Design is 5 consecutive hours, from 12pm to 5pm BST. This time is fixed and cannot be adjusted.

  3. Client Responsibilities

    • You must provide a comprehensive Google Doc outlining your design requests before your scheduled day, including all necessary brand assets, photos, copy, and logins.

    • You must be available during your Day of Design to provide feedback promptly. Delays in feedback will reduce the amount of work that can be completed.

  4. Revisions

    • Unlimited revisions are included during the 5-hour session.

    • Once the session ends, no further revisions or edits are included. Any additional work requires a new booking.

  5. Delivery of Files & Ownership

    • Editable Canva files and any custom assets created will be delivered by the end of the day.

    • At 5pm BST, full rights to all design assets transfer to the client.

  6. Refunds & Cancellations

    • If you cancel your Day of Design, you may rebook based on availability.

    • Once 2 hours of your session have passed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  7. Optional Vibe Call

    • A short call at the beginning of the session is available but not required.

  8. Scope of Work

    • A Day of Design covers digital design projects only (e.g., social graphics, banners, sales page visuals). Large projects may require multiple sessions.
