Day of Design FAQ
How much does it cost?
A single Day of Design is $888.
If you already know you’ll need more, you can grab a 3-Day package for $2,164.
How long is a “day”?
Each Day of Design is a focused 5-hour session, from 12pm to 5pm BST. That window is fixed. I’m fully locked in on your business during those hours — no multitasking, no distractions.
What if I need revisions?
You get unlimited revisions during the 5 hours. Once 5pm BST hits, the day is officially closed and my time is no longer available for extra tweaks.
Do I get to keep the files?
Yes. You’ll receive editable Canva files (when applicable) and any custom assets we created during the session. At 5pm BST, you own them outright.
Do I need to be online the whole time?
You need to be available to give quick feedback — that’s how we get so much done. If you disappear or delay feedback, that eats into your session time.
What do I need to prepare?
Before your day, you’ll create a Google Doc with your full design wishlist. Include your professional photos, creative direction, brand assets (like fonts and colours), and any logins I’ll need. The clearer you are, the more I can deliver.
Is there a call involved?
Yes, we can have a quick “vibe call” on the day itself if you’d like, but it’s completely optional. Some clients prefer to dive straight into the work.
What’s your refund policy?
You can cancel before the day begins, but once we’re 2 hours into your session, the payment is non-refundable. That’s to protect my time and ensure fairness
